Job Title: Program Manager

Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Program Manager to lead the Enterprise Reporting & Analytics (ERA) program.
This role will oversee the coordination and execution of multiple workstreams and projects within the program, ensuring alignment with business goals, stakeholder expectations, and delivery timelines.
Responsibilities
Lead the overall ERA program, managing priorities, tracking progress, and aligning cross-functional teams
Drive individual ERA projects from initiation through completion, ensuring clarity on scope, deliverables, and deadlines
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and refine business requirements, leveraging strong relationships to ensure alignment
Coordinate with Business Analysts, technical leads, and client teams to support successful execution and delivery
Assist with planning, resource forecasting, and identification of out-of-scope work for appropriate change tracking
Provide regular, structured updates to leadership and client stakeholders, highlighting status, risks, and mitigation plans
Preferred Qualifications
7+ years of experience in project or program management within enterprise environments
Proven track record of managing both strategic programs and detailed project execution
Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder engagement skills
Familiarity with Agile project methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
Experience with data and reporting platforms (e.g., Looker, Snowflake) preferred
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
